Technical Analysis Consultancy (TAC), founded by Low Boon Chin, was established in 2010 with the aim of promoting education in technical analysis for investors and market professionals. TAC aims to improve standards of technical analysis through teaching, and sharing through publications.
We are a company that offers a unique package of courses covering comprehensive FOUNDATION technical analysis skills to ADVANCED techniques that are original but proven. BC Low, chief trainer of TAC, has 30 years of experience pioneering technical analysis education in a Singapore polytechnic and in his own consultancy firm. BC has also contributed to educating investors and traders through his association with Singapore Technical Analysts & Traders Society (STATS) for close to 20 years.
BC has created original and valuable techniques in technical analysis, namely the Integrated Time Frame Technique and the Triple Directional Movement Index (DMI) System. These concepts have been published in the leading US magazine, Technical Analysis of Stocks & Commodities in September 2010 and November 2012 respectively, and in the two books that he has since published.
